Matt Johnson graduated from The Ohio State University with BA Sociology / Exercise Science. USAW Olympic Lifting Coaches Certification, and he is a qualified Pilates instructor (MAT, Cadillac and Reformer).  He was an Ohio State Football player on the 2002 National Championship Team and appeared in 3 BCS bowls during his career at OSU.

Matt grew up in Huntington, NY. He has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. He moved to Columbus Ohio his senior year where he attended Upper Arlington high school. While preparing for college sports Matt started training as an intern. He trained athletes looking to get a competitive edge, people rehabbing from injuries, looking to reduce the risk’s caused by obesity or just trying to improve their quality of life.
Matt has trained Darelle Revis, Darius Butler, Sean Smith, and many more professional athletes. He particularly enjoys training and mentoring young athletes, helping them take their training to the next level while placing a strong emphasis on academics and character. He is part of the team grooming Matteo McNeil for his college debut.
