Long Island Youth Football Player Academy is excited to announce a partnership with Hospital for Special Surgery to promote sports safety during two upcoming instructional camps. Representatives from the HSS Sports Injury Prevention Program will be on site to promote sports safety, implement new measures in sports injury prevention and provide educational opportunities regarding musculoskeletal health for coaches, parents and young athletes. “Our team is looking forward to working with the coaches of the Long Island Youth Football Player Academy to help teach parents and young athletes about player safety in youth football” said Joseph Janosky, Manager of the HSS Sports Injury Prevention Program. The camps will take place July 11th through July 14th at both Cedar Creek Park in Seaford and Greis Park in Lynbrook.
